2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription Payments

All fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with 30 days notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: reverse engineer, scrape data, use for illegal purposes, impersonate others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks are owned by Proforma Studio Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "AS IS". Maximum liability = 12 months of fees paid.

7. Termination

We may suspend/terminate for violations. You may cancel anytime.

8. Governing Law

Laws of Delaware, USA.
